FLEX is the parent company in Japan that began over 55 years ago. FLEX has over 50 dealerships throughout Japan that specialize in Toyota Land Cruiser and Hiace.
Started in 2017, the Renoca series is FLEX’s original lineup of retrofitted vehicles that use our own custom body kits. The Renoca name is derived from the words “renovation car”.
As of 2022, we offer 9 models in Japan, and 3 in San Diego. The San Diego market includes the 106, the Wonder, and the Phoenix. The 10th model, the Tacoma, is under development and limited to the US market.

Renoca vehicles have a retrofitted front face and a full paint job. And yes, you can choose from various colors and optional accessories to create a customized vehicle.

Exterior options include a selection of colors, bed racks, lift kits, side steps/slider bars, fog lights, rear view cameras and wheels, and interior options include dashboard covers, reupholstered seats, sound system upgrades, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and WeatherTech floor mats.
Renoca 106 is a FLEX original retrofit of the Toyota Land Cruiser 100 series using the 60 series face. While the exterior is reminiscent of the classic 60 series, it has the functions of the 100 series. The 100 series is two generations after the original 60 series, so there were numerous new features in the 100.

The coil spring rigid axle was replaced by a double wishbone independent suspension, which changed the truck from a truck-like appearance to a more modern style with better maneuverability and ride comfort.
The Land Cruiser 80 was launched in 1989 as the successor to the 60 series and was sold until 1997, when it was succeeded by the 100 series.
The 4WD system was changed from part-time to full-time, the suspension from leaf springs to coil springs, and the traditional components that shaped the Land Cruiser were revamped.
Three types of engines are available: a 4.2L straight-six diesel engine (1HZ), a 4.2L straight-six diesel turbo engine (1HD-), and a 4.5L straight-six gasoline engine (1FZ). In North America, only the gasoline 4.5L straight-six engine is available, identical to the LX450.
The Land Cruiser 60 was on the market from 1980 to 1989.
In 1987, the headlights were changed from two round ones to four square ones, also the interior instrument panel and other parts had been changed.

The third generation (from 2015) is the current and latest design. Its aggressive appearance was inspired by the 4Runner and Tundra.
Tundra was introduced in 2000 as a larger T100, its predecessor, but smaller than GM, Ford, and Chrysler/Dodge/Ram trucks.
The quality and durability. In Consumer Reports, Tundra was featured as one of the highest quality pickup truck in the United States at its debut, and awarded the Truck of the Year in 2008.
After a full remodeling in 2007, it underwent a major facelift in 2014 and will be fully remodeled again in 2022.
